Read MoreAs someone who has been playing with kettlebells off and on for a decade, I found this course to be super helpful in correcting some misapprehensions I had about technique, and really enjoyed both the content - which did well to address a few different learning styles - and the process of review, through which I got excellent critical feedback from a Master RKC that has made me a better and safer trainee.

Read MoreAfter I bought my first kettlebell, I quickly recognized that I need more information about kettlebell technique and training. So I read Enter the Kettlebell and The Hardstyle Kettlebell Challenge. One year and a lot of training later, I took in consideration to participate an HKC or RKC Workshop and then Corona came. So I decided to do the HardstyleFit Online Course and I am really happy with my progression. The course is very informative, fun and also demanding. You learn a lot about the set up and progression of the three HKC movements (Swing, Goblet Squat and Get-Up). The support and feedback from Andrea Du Cane helped me a lot to improve my skills. I can fully recommend this course and it is a perfect entrance to the HKC/RKC world.

Read MoreThoroughly enjoyed this course, a lot to learn even for those experienced with kettlebells. Having already recommended this course to many other coaches and trainers alike, i feel this is a great additional tool for those seeking to learn, educate and continually develop themselves and others in hardsytle kettlebell training. Very easy process to follow via the online dashboard, 3 videos to be submitted at the end - Swing/Goblet/Get up for approval and verification. Andrea Du Cane was very prompt at the end verification stage to offer assistance, feedback and critique of the video's in her summary of the videos.

Read MoreEven though I had already taken the HKC and RKC in person, I still learned a lot from this program. One of the biggest takeaways for me as a coach was learning new techniques for teaching the Get-Up. Andrea has so many great drills and unique ways to incorporate that exercise into my clients' programs. I also think that it’s a great way to introduce Hardstyle kettlebell philosophies and exercises to folks who are planning on taking the RKC and the HKC! Of course nothing is better than the in-person experience but this is pretty close!

Read MoreThis was an incredible course, especially for the trainers like me who are unable to attend a course in person. It was humbling for an experienced kettlebell lifter like me to break down, piece by piece each element of the lift. I found out there were several small corrections and adjustments to properly execute the lifts. A great value and money well spent!
