Many of those things I had figured out on my own, but I had some injuries on the way. If I'd had this course from the start, I would have avoided most of the issues and probably all of the injuries I experienced. Definitely money well spent for the reference. I disagree with some of the content, but that's normal for me. The course has great info for all Isochain users. It gave me some alternatives to think about which I will use in my own training. More importantly, the course assured me of some things I didn't have to worry about or be pedantic about.
